VEU Program Compliance: Fair Value Solar works with VEU accredited partners and ensures that all installations comply with the VEU program requirements. This includes selecting air conditioning units and components that qualify for rebates and incentives under the program’s energy efficiency guidelines. It includes decommissioning of the existing gas ducted heating and installing split system air conditioner units. 

Installation Planning and Execution: Before installation begins, Fair Value Solar plans the logistics and timeline to ensure minimal disruption to the customer’s daily activities. Certified technicians manage the installation process with precision, ensuring all components are installed correctly and according to industry standards.

Testing and Verification: After installation, Fair Value Solar conducts thorough testing and verification of the reverse cycle air conditioning system. This includes checking for proper functionality, verifying airflow distribution, and ensuring that all controls operate efficiently in both cooling and heating modes.

Customer Orientation and Training: Fair Value Solar provides comprehensive orientation to the customer on how to operate and maintain their new reverse cycle air conditioning system. They educate customers on energy-saving features, optimal usage patterns, and tips for maximizing efficiency to achieve significant energy savings over time.

Documentation and Rebate Assistance: Fair Value Solar takes care of all the necessary paperwork for customers to qualify for rebates and incentives under the VEU program. After deducting all applicable rebates, customers are responsible for paying any remaining costs out of pocket.  

Post-Installation Support and Maintenance: Fair Value Solar offers ongoing support to customers, including maintenance services to keep the reverse cycle air conditioning system operating at peak performance.
